Atlanta, I’m excited to bring you another workout for all levels.

This workout mixes a little cardio and weights in one.  Today we are targeting shoulders, abs, and triceps. This is a full body workout, so beginners should aim to do this workout for two days a week. If you’re more advanced, thy this routine three days a week using moderate to heavy weights.  Please, remember to consult your doctor before you start any new workout.
