I’m back with another great workout, this time to tone the upper body. Everyone wants toned arms, so don’t let your level of fitness keep you from reaching your goal. You can modify  these exercises by doing them from sitting position if you have any limitations. If you are a little more mobile, you can take the workout to another level, which I will show you in the video.
