This week is all about challenges. I want to push you outside your comfort zone.
Get ready for cardio and muscle-toning exercises with complex movements. I am targeting those shoulders, legs and abs. So you will feel the burn! But that’s OK, don’t be afraid to venture into new territory. That is only way you will see change!
For this week video all you need are hand weights. First-timers should stick to 2-pound weights. Intermediate and advanced levels can use to 5- to 10-pound weights. If you have shoulder discomfort, keep the weights light or don’t use any at all. You will feel the burn, but push through. I want you to feel challenged.
If you find it hard to exercise consistently, put it on your calendar and set aside 30 minutes. Take time for yourself.
